A Small-Footprint Commercial Fitout in Subiaco, Perth
This project made the most of a small, 50 sqm commercial footprint in Subiaco, Western Australia. As architects, we investigated how best to engage with the front street and the movement of patrons through the space, shaping the merchandise cabinetry and bench design around that flow.
Maximising Volume Within a Compact Site
We prioritised making the most of the courtyard space and introduced volume in the ceiling wherever possible, offsetting the constraints of the small physical footprint with a sense of openness and scale.
