Reusing the Existing Home for Better Thermal Performance
The design approach prioritises reusing as much of the existing building as possible while improving the home’s fit for purpose. Selected open-plan spaces were introduced to improve thermal performance across Perth’s varied seasons, reflecting our broader commitment to sustainable, site-responsive residential architecture.
